Dr. Le has been amazing since first meeting my daughter when she was about 8 months old (now four years old). We highly recommend her for anyone seeking pediatric care. Our daughter looks forward to going to check ups, and I never feel rushed at the office. She connected me with another family before our daughter had eye surgery to help us feel confident/comfortable. All of the staff at the office are great with kids. Thanks, Dr. Le!

I went in for a contact fitting. What happened to this office? Everybody used to be so nice... They are a mess now. Possibly there was a change in the management. After the eye exam, the doctor send me to the optometrist to check out despite the fact I told him that I will order online on my own... The optometrist was trying to bill me incorrectly, saying things that make no sense. Their billing department said I don't own them anything. Visiting this place is not worth all the energy and time. It is time for me to find a new doctor. Also the front desk male employee is so rude.

PATIENT BEWARE. I have been to Eye Associates NW at this location twice. The first time visit was fine. It was time for my annual routine eye exam, I requested and appointment via their website and received no response, I called and booked and appointment. The visit went fine - no problems with the actual service provided. Then I received a bill for the full amount, even though I have vision and medical insurance. Even though I had my insurance on file and had visited before, I was booked with an out of network dr. and never informed at any point before the visit what dr. I had been assigned or that they were not in network. In trying to understand what happened I have been punted around on the phone between the office and the regional billing office, which has wasted at least 1+ hrs of my time on hold. The experience has been completely frustrating and the recourse unsatisfactory. Patient done wrong by clinic with respect to insurance is not a new or unique experience, but not one that any one hopes for!

The first available appointment was many many weeks out. I provided my insurance at that time and was booked with a provider. I paid a $50 fee for my appt and sat in the waiting room. Shortly after someone came out and told me that the provider with whom I was booked does not take my insurance and my appointment was canceled. The next available appointment was more than two weeks out. The front desk said they were unable to issue issue me a refund and that I was to contact billing. After an extended period on the phone with billing they told me they had contacted the supervisor of the clinic who would decline the previous charge. It was a frustrating and disappointing situation given it was not only a waste of time but I had paid for both parking and a babysitter in order to arrive to this appt.

Doctor Carroll performed my eye surgery yesterday, October 25, 2023, and 24 hours later my vision is perfect. I can see what I couldn’t see before the surgery. Doctor Carroll is a truly top-notch Ophthalmologist in the Eye Surgery field. He is compassionate and caring, and most of all he delivered what he promised. I feel so blessed to have a doctor who goes beyond for his patients. I thank Dr. Carroll and his nurse for improving my vision and the quality of my life.

I will give all the staff I worked with today all the credit. I was very upset at checkin due to the scheduler knew what type of insurance we had and they choose to not inform me they no longer take one and this can put any single parent in a horrible situation when a bill comes out of no where. Sad to say we will be finding a new provider now. I loved working with the team in person here and the providers.
